General Introduction:
WLDH Series horizontal type Ribbon mixer industrial powder mixer is a late-model mixing equipment with high efficiency, high
uniformity, high loading coefficient but low energy cost, low
pollution and low crush. The special design of double ribbon mix
the materials into high uniformity in a few minutes. On the other
hand, ribbon mixer shows a wide application from powder mixing ,
powder-liquid, to paste or materials in high specific gravity (such
as putty, really stone paint, metal powder and other materials) and
becomes one of the most popular single shaft horizontal mixing
equipment.
Principle of work
WLDH Series horizontal type Ribbon mixer industrial powder mixer consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially fabricated
agitator. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer
helical blades. The outer ribbon moves materials toward the center
of the trough, and the inner ribbon moves the materials toward the
outside of the trough.The ribbon also ratates at approx. 300 fpm,
thus moving materials both radially and laterally to insure
thorough blends in short cycle times. Ribbon agitators are used for
blends that will be between 40 and 100% of the rated capacity of
the blender.
WLDH Series horizontal type Ribbon mixer industrial powder mixer is widely used to mix powder,granule, and small liquid additives to
achieve paste product in food, chemical, and construction line. It
is particularly good at handling sticky wet paste products.
Features
1.Strong and fast mixing: Strong and fast mixing can be achieved due to effective drive
design and variable speed blending.
2. High-degree of homogeneity: When material is added at the rate of 0.1%, the homogeneity can
reach 98% in short time.
3. Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzle can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives
which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
4. Well bearing sealing: Shaft sealing is the combination of Teflon packing sealing and
air-tight sealing to make sure long life-span.
5. Automatic discharging valve: The combined discharge valve is pneumatic planer flap valve. The
flap plate can perfectly match the mixing tank inner wall to make
sure no dead corner.
