Working Principles
In the cylinder (conical) container, powder materials and binder
will be mixed into moist soft materials by the mixed paddles at the
bottom. Then they will be cut into uniform wet-particles by the
side high-speed smashed paddles
Purpose
The granulator of wet particles of powder injection binder is in
the fields of pharmacy, food, chemical industry, etc.
Feature and simple introduce

granulated for 1-4 minutes. Compared with traditional process, it
has improved by 4-5 times.
6. All the processes of dry-mixing & wet-mixing & granulating are
finished in a closed vessel. So that it has reduced the process and
also compiles with GMP standard.
7. Whole operation has the strict safety precautions.
Main Characteristics
1) Grains produced by this machine enjoy true-ball sense, good
fluidity and homogeneous material, which may effectively boost
tablet pressing, improve tablet quality and enhance the capsule
filling and thus make the tablets enjoy better brightness,
hardness, disintegration and discharge. The production cost is also
saved.
2) All the part in contact with materials and the appearance part
is made of stainless steel 304.
3) Based on the different features of Chinese and western
medicines, wet process mixer granulators are divided into Chinese
medicine type and western medicine type.
4) Human-computer interface/PLC control may be configured or
